Ayla trained as a philologist, graduating from Azerbaijan’s University of Languages. Highly flexible and with excellent communication skills, her career swerved rapidly towards the tourism field in which she has worked for the last 13 years. Now highly conversant with a wide range of booking and flight ticketing systems, Ayla is also greatly appreciated for her technical competency. She joined PASHA Travel in 2016… and is very happy about it.
Gobustan was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its fascinating petroglyphs, dating back as much as 40,000 years. There’s an excellent new museum - but for me what makes the place so appealing is the beauty of the hillside landscape with its chaos of rocks and the glorious views down across the shore of the Caspian Sea.
